Welcome to the AgriSafe Survey App, operated by AgriSafe Techno Services Pvt Ltd. By using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions in compliance with Google Play policies. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Access to the App

The app is restricted to admin-approved surveyors. All users must complete the signup process and be verified by the admin to gain access to the app’s features. Unapproved users will not be granted access.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the app, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the signup process.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use the app for its intended purpose, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Data Collection and Usage

All data submitted through the app, including personal information collected during signup and survey data, is securely transmitted and stored on our VPS server. The app does not collect any unnecessary or too much sensitive personal information. Data collected is for internal organizational use only.

4. No Payments or Financial Transactions

There are no payments, financial transactions, or in-app purchases associated with this app. It is strictly designed for surveyors to perform agricultural surveys.

5. Data Security and Retention

We prioritize the security of your data and use encryption for transmitting information to our VPS server. Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose or as required by law. You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

6. User Rights

As a user, you retain full control over your personal data. You have the right to:

• Access the information you have submitted.
• Request corrections to your information.
• Request the deletion of your data, subject to any legal requirements for retention.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app for users who violate these terms or engage in activities deemed harmful to the organization. Unauthorized access to the app will result in immediate termination.

8. Compliance with Google Play Policies

This app complies with Google Play’s guidelines for:

• Data security and user privacy.
• Transparency in data collection and usage.
• Providing users with control over their personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

AgriSafe Techno Services Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or the inability to use it.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rajasthan, India.
